Caiti is a Customer Service Representative responsible for greeting clients and pets, scheduling appointments, answering phones, handling payments and client records as well as providing empathetic support and great communication between pet owners and medical staff.  Caiti has worked in many different fields of work from fast food to manual labor jobs.  Her most recent and favorite being animal care.  While working as a Kennel Assistant in her young years, she developed a passion for animals and she knew she wanted to pursue a career in animal care.  She is now in attending the Penn Foster and is studying Veterinary Technology and hopes to graduate by 2028.  In high school, Caiti studied and graduated with her CNA's license.  She also received an award from a previous employer that was dedicated to her performance and skills that excelled above their expectations four months in a row.  She currently excels in her school work and has dedicated herself to learning all she can in hopes to graduate early with her new degree!  In her free time, she is a part-time artist and musician.  Her favorite instrument to play is the piano and bass guitar.  She also loves spending time with family and snuggling up on the couch with her wife and four fur babies named Obi, Ani, Leia and Hershey.  Caiti is inspired by the quote, “Challenges are what make life interesting, and overcoming them is what makes life meaningful.” by Joshua J. Marine.  Caiti believes that pets of all sorts mean the world to us and are part of the family.  She believes that EVERY pet has a purpose and can impact our lives in various ways and is excited to be part of the team by helping take the first step to provide and ensure great pet care to pet owners and the Sioux Falls community.
