Cassandra is a Customer Service Representative and has been with the team since 2023.  She has had animals all her life.  Cassandra has always had a love for animals and dreamt about working with animals since she was young.  Previously, Cassandra worked at PetSmart as a Pet Care Specialist and feels it taught her so much about all sort of animals.  Cassandra has four cats of her own!  In her spare time, she enjoys cuddling with her cats, playing board games with her significant other and watching TV.  Cassandra is most inspired by the quote from her mom, “There is no such things as normal - embrace your weirdness.”  Cassandra feels that being around animals all day is so uplifting.  She also feels client education is highly important.  She hopes to contribute even more friendliness and professionalism to the ACPCW team.
