Shelly is a customer care specialist and is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and their pets alike. Shelly has been with All City Pet Care West since November 2020. Prior, Shelly dedicated many years to building her own business, developing employees, along with client care. Her earlier experience in the medical field taught office management, billing and insurance, and above all excellent customer service. In her spare time, Shelly enjoys being outdoors with friends and family, camping, water sports, and roasting marshmallows over a campfire is the best, in Shelly's opinion! Shelly has many inspirational quotes she lives by, but one of her favorites is, "It's not what you gather, but what you scatter that tells what kind of life you have lived." Be kind. She believes that our pets love you more than they love themselves. They are non-judgmental, fast-forgiving, and protective. Our pets remind humans of these qualities that should be more often expressed. Just look at those eyes!
